The aim of this component is to strengthen, adapt, upgrade and innovate social services aimed at children, the elderly, people with disabilities and families, with a view to promoting birth rates, active and healthy ageing, inclusion, independence, balance between professional activity and personal and family life, and social and territorial cohesion. The aim is also to promote an integrated intervention in disadvantaged communities, with a view to combating poverty.
