Investment RE-C08-i03

This investment seeks to achieve the following:

•  Description of the primary structuring network, which includes mapping and evaluating the use and occupation of land included in the fuel management zone primary structuring network;
•  Operation of a structure dedicated to the evaluation and implementation of administrative easements on private and community rural land occupied by the Fuel Interruption Zones (FIC) of the fuel management zone primary structuring network, through the prior identification of owners, the evaluation and calculation of compensation and other elements leading to the declaration of public utility, as well as for the subsequent phases of notification to the owners of the land covered, the execution of agreements and payment of the respective compensation;
•  Promotion on the BUPi platform of the georeferenced rural properties graphic representation procedure in the constitution of administrative easements, with a view to enabling subsequent special registration procedures;
•  Implementation of 37,500 ha of fuel management zone primary structuring networks nationwide by the 3rd quarter of 2025.
