i01: Reformulate public services with the creation of the national Single Digital Portal, the redesign of the most commonly used digital services and the development of multi-channel service capacity (188 M€)
This investment will include the purchase of services in accordance with public procurement regulations, and will be effected through specific projects that allow the development of digital public services.
The funding is intended to:
- Make available a Single Digital Services Portal, aligned with the life events of Portuguese citizens and businesses at home and abroad, which can be viewed as a “Virtual Citizens’ Shop” that enables citizens to deal with the main Public Administration services in a digital and virtual manner;
- Provide a Contact Centre equipped with the means and technology to enable the main services to be dealt with through this channel;
- Expand the network of Citizens’ Shops, Citizen Spaces and Mobile Citizen Spaces, increasing territorial coverage and reaching those who cannot or do not have access to digital services.
