Investment TD-C20-i03

This investment will result in the establishment of a strategy for the implementation and development of educational and technological digital resources, which promote the creation and use of digital content in the school learning process, and will include the following interventions:

•  Digital Textbooks Project;
•  Innovative Learning Environments;
•  Educational Innovation Centres – to provide tools/equipment that enable different degrees of sophistication of technological applications and allow the learning of educational content related to science, technology, engineering, electronics, mathematics, arts, languages and humanities, stimulating learning through problem solving;
•  Teacher Digital Skills Resource Training;
•  Implementation of the structured network in schools with the provision of a set of infrastructure conditions supporting the Digital Textbooks network, based on cloud technology, through the combination of three factors:

1. 1.  Internet connection, with good access speed (download and upload) and constant performance values from the ISP (Internet Server Provider);
   2.  Equipment with a high performance in response to requests, both for processing the ISP signal and the Wi-Fi network itself;
   3. Well-defined and structured physical network infrastructure.
